It was a nice, quiet candle light vigil. The late Jean Jimmy Touze was greatly loved on the block. Polite, Kind, Courteous. It was a very tearful evening. A tragedy. A young, athletic basketball player dying on the court. The St Peters Block got together still in shock to put together a candlelight vigil and memorial. Everyone showed up, including the St Maarten Police. That's where thins got heated.....all video
